How it Works

Having had your 12 volt automotive product supplied and installed by a CAM member store in your area, you then embark on your country or interstate trip.

If, at some stage of the journey, a problem arises with the installed product that you suspect is related to its installation then you phone the member who installed it and advise them of the problem.

That member will then refer you to a CAM member store nearest to your current location to have the problem checked and rectified at no charge to you.

This is simply achieved by the original dealer immediately contacting his fellow CAM member that he referred you to and advising him to expect a ‘Mr. Smith’ who has a problem with a unit they fitted and if it proves to be caused by a fault in installation then rectify it and send the account to the original installer for payment as a service to his customer. CAM admin underwrites the account.

It’s simple, efficient, a good PR exercise and above all, a great service to a CAM customer.
